About ChrisMac

  1. I have enjoyed Macleouds Daughters, Wentworth, Glitch, J'Amie, and a few others from Australia BBC I watch so many of the ones already mentioned. I also watched on called Fresh Meat, Inbetweeners, Marcella, Happy Valley, Coupling (one of my all time favourites) and many others. I recently watched one that had Stellan Skarsgard in it but can't remember the name. I binge watch them all on Netflix. Oh and Poldark love that if you like Being Human and you enjoyed the vampire he is in this show. I watch Netflix and Amazon movies and tv shows when I travel to horse shows with my daughter which I do monthly. Usually for a week or more so lots of tv time once she is asleep on my laptop or kindle. I watch some Canadian tv usually This Hour has 22 Minutes and the Rick Mercer Report just to get my Canadian accent fix. (I am a Canadian living in the US)
  2. My husband and I just watched all of this over 3 nights. It was interesting but I am still wondering what is real and what is imagined.
  3. The Exorcist scared me for life. I watched it when I was 12 and was told i looked like Linda Blairs character. When they rereleased it i had to change the channel when the commercials came on. Still can not watch this one. I watched lots of cheesey slasher movies in the 80's. Nightmare on Elm Street was one of my sisters favourties. She loved Freddy. I enjoy reading Stephen King and still sometimes at night think something will grab my foot from under the bed and jump in and wake up my hubby. lol
  4. Looking forward to this. My girls loved the first one.
  5. No Way Out was a good suspense thriller. When I was a teen in the 80's I loved bad horror movies I remember one called Mothers Day.
  6. I DVR everything I like so I can skip the commercials. I too love Flash. I started watching Arrow on Netflix. I also watch Gothom. I do sometimes get distracted especially with The Flash because I was born and raised in Vancouver and I see my hometown in the background. Several of those shows are filmed up there. I also love Lucifer, Vampire Diaries, and so many other shows. I am a bit of a tv junkie too.
  7. I started out wondering if people would really turn violent and so cruel because they are not humans. i like to think that most of that would be limited. Then at the end I was so surprised by some of the twists and turns. I am looking forward to the next season.
  8. My husband and I binge watched this and now waiting is going to suck for the next season. I was a bit confused in the end with the time line because when you figure out who the man in black is it gets confusing. Also many discussions about wether or not people would resort to their real self and lose empathy and compassion. Most seem to get off on killing and violence. Also will the other worlds that seem to be shown at the end have robots that go rouge too?
  9. Is one of the shows my hubby and I both like and watch together.
  10. Some great people. I think some musicians would be cool too. Jimmy Paige, Mick Jagger, Bono, Elton John, Madonna, Stevie Wonder, So many amazing people.. Would be amazing if they played music and you watched it in VR. We have an occulus and it is so cool.
